Impermissibility of changing the recipients of Waqf unless its returns stop


A: You should abide by the stipulation of the person who made this Waqf and give the lands' yields to the specified recipients. Also, it is not permissible to spend it in any other way unless the Waqf is no longer beneficial, in which case the matter is referred to courts. May Allah grant us success.
