Words to ward off evil insinuations

Q 2: Sometimes I feel depressed without any obvious reason; are there any Qur'anic Ayahs (verses) you recommend me to recite when I have such feeling to protect myself from the influence of Satan? A: You should recite Surah Al-Fatihah and Al-Mu`awwidhat (Surahs Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq and Al-Nas) and repeat them three times. Each time you should blow in your palms then recite and rub your face with them as well as any parts of your body that your hands can reach.
