Witr Prayer

Q 2: Is the Witr (Prayer with an odd number of units) Wajib (obligatory)? Is a person who abandons it to blame? A: The Witr is a stressed Sunnah (supererogatory act of worship following the example of the Prophet). The person who leaves it is not sinful. However, it is Makruh (disliked) (Part No. 6; Page No. 55

A: The Witr is a stressed Sunnah (supererogatory act of worship following the example of the Prophet). The person who leaves it is not sinful.
