Wife deserving the entire Mahr if the marriage has been consummated
(Part No. 19; Page No. 56) A: The wife deserves to take the entire Mahr if the marriage has been consummated. What is mentioned by the questioner here that the husband died, that the delayed Mahr has to be paid 20 years after marriage, that the wife took inheritance with other inheritors and the convention of paying delayed Mahr in the case of divorce does not affect the basic rule mentioned above.
