Which case requires Ghusl: discharge of Maniy with lust, discharge without lust, only feeling lust?

Q 1: What is the ruling on the following three cases: a man having discharge of Maniy (semen) with lust, and another having discharge of Maniy without lust, and the third having lust without discharge of Maniy? Who among these should perform Ghusl (full ritual bath)?

A: The first person who has discharge of Maniy with lust should perform Janabah Ghusl (full ritual bath to cleanse of sexual discharge), whereas the second should perform Istinja' (cleansing the private parts with water after urination or defecation) and Wudu' (ablution) only. (Part No. 4; Page No. 163) The third person does not have to perform Ghusl or Wudu' because nothing has been discharged from him.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
