When a person repents to his Lord

Q 12: Is it permissible for a person to take something that belongs to a sibling without permission and without returning it to him? Is it permissible to give him the price of this object without telling him that it is the price of that object or what is the source of this money?

A: It is not permissible for you to take anything that belongs to a sibling without his permission. If you take something from a sibling without his permission, you have to return it or return something that is similar to it as much as you can. There is no harm if you return it without telling him that you stole it, especially if telling him will cause trouble. May Allah grant us success.
