What is the meaning of the saying

Q: If I stoned the three Jamarat (pillars at which pebbles are thrown during Hajj) on the second day of the days of Tashriq (11th, 12th and 13th of Dhul-Hijjah) and left Mina to Al-Nur Mountain staying there for a day or two due to having a sick person with me or I needed to get some provisions, am I obliged to stone (the pillars during Hajj) on the third day of Tashriq, or is it sufficient to stone them on the first and second days only? I would like to tell you that some workers do that, so what is the ruling on them?

A: Whoever hastens to leave Mina on the second day of Tashriq and goes out before sunset, then he is not obliged to spend the night in Mina or to stone again on the third day of Tashriq, whether he goes to Al-Nur Mountain or any other place outside Mina. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
