Wearing a ring in Salah

A: A woman who is going to perform Salah has to cover her entire body except her face, unless there is a Mahram (spouse or permanently unmarriageable relative) present. With regard to wearing a ring or bracelet during Salah, we know of no basis for this act in Islam and it is not Mashru` (Islamically acceptable). Anyone who contradicts this by saying it is Mashru` or Wajib (obligatory) is mistaken.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
