We are Bedouins not urban dwellers,

Q 13: Is it permissible for a man to perform Tarawih (special supererogatory night Prayer in Ramadan) alone if he misses it in congregation? Which is better for women, to offer Tarawih at home or in a Masjid (mosque)?

(Part No. 7; Page No. 201) A: It is permissible for a man to do that. As regards women, it is better for them to perform Salah (Prayer) in their homes than in a Masjid, whether it is an obligatory or a supererogatory Salah, or whether it is Tarawih or other than that.May Allah grant us success.
