A: As you hid your pregnancy from the doctor and miscarriage took place after the completion of the fourth month and the breathing of the soul into the fetus, you must offer a Kaffarah (expiation) assigned to involuntary manslaughter, which is freeing one believing slave. If there are none available, you must fast two consecutive months and repent to Allah from that action.May Allah grant us success.
