Undertaking preaching by those who have little religious knowledge and fear for their lives

A: It is not permissible for anyone other than those who are well versed in religious knowledge to practice Da`wah and teaching. Allah (Exalted be He) says: Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم): "This is my way; I invite unto Allâh (i.e. to the Oneness of Allâh - Islâmic Monotheism) with sure knowledge Furthermore, whenever danger is expected, they are exempted from this duty. Allah (Exalted be He) says: So keep your duty to Allâh and fear Him as much as you can He (Exalted be He) also says: ...and do not throw yourselves into destruction (Part No. 12; Page No. 117) May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
