Trickery to use the phone without paying
Q 2: A man says that sometimes he makes a call in a phone booth on the street, but after hanging up the coins come back. (Part No. 23; Page No. 431) He takes them and does not know why they come out. If he returns them to the person in charge, he refuses to take them; what should he do?
A 2: The questioner should pay the value of the call to the party concerned. He should preferably notify someone of the malfunction.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
