A: It is permissible for a man other than the Mu'adhin to announce Iqamah. Thus, Salah is valid. However, it is desirable for a Mu'adhin who calls to payer to announce Iqamah as well.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
