The wife eating with the husband's friend
Q 2: If I invite a friend of mine, a bachelor or married, to have lunch with me in my house, is it permissible to make my family join us in this meal?
A: It is not permissible to have the meal in the presence of the wife, unless she is a Mahram (unmarriageable) for this guest. (Part No. 17; Page No. 87) May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
