The reward of one who shows patience for calamities

Q 3: I have suffered from angina pectoris and internal bleeding since I was a young boy.1.Will I be rewarded by Allah for this, as it has prevented me from enjoying my youth and health?2. Most days I perform Salah (Prayer) with Tayammum (dry ablution), because I cannot take baths. Is this permissible? 3. Can I teach students the Qur'an when I am not Tahir (ritually pure)?

A: Firstly: If you are patient with what you have been afflicted with, Allah will reward you, but if you are anxious about it and not patient, you will be deprived of Allah's Reward. Secondly: If the situation is as you described, and that you cannot take baths, it is permissible for you to perform Tayammum to remove Janabah (major ritual impurity related to sexual discharge). Thirdly: If you are not able to use water for purification from (Part No. 3; Page No. 536) minor impurities, it is permissible for you to perform Tayammum and recite the Qur'an or teach it.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
