The merits of Surahs Ya-Sin and Al-Saffat

Q 10: What is the degree of authenticity of the following Hadith: "Anyone who recites Ya-Sin and Al-Saffat on Friday, and then asks Allah, He will grant him his request."


A: We do not know of any authentic basis that the Prophet (peace be upon him) stated this.
