The goats that are stall-fed and not pasture grazing and not raised for the purpose of being sold

A: If the reality is as you mentioned that your goats are stall-fed and not pasture grazing and not raised for the purpose of being sold, Zakah is not obligatory for them though you will have to pay Zakah on their production if a Hawl (one lunar year calculated from the time a property reaches the minimum amount upon which Zakah is due) passes and they reach the Nisab (the minimum amount on which Zakah is due).May Allah grant us success.
