The effect of tar on Wudu'

Q: What is the effect of tar on Wudu' (ablution) performed to offer Salah (Prayer). Tar sticks to the hands for a long time exceeding a week, and when performing Wudu', it mixes with the water of Wudu'? Please advise. Best regards.
