Q 12: my grandparents have all passed away, but I do not know whether they performed Hajj or not, can I deputize someone to perform Hajj on their behalf?
A: It is permissible to deputize someone to perform Hajj on behalf of each of your late grandparents, provided that the proxy has already performed Hajj for themselves and they are known to be trustworthy.May Allah grant us success.
