The conduct of a practicing Muslim woman

Q 1: What should a woman do to be a practicing Muslim woman?

A: A person, whether male or female, should embrace Islam by testifying that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, perform Salah (Prayer), pay Zakah (obligatory charity), observe Sawm (Fast) of the month of Ramadan and perform Hajj if he can afford it. Moreover, one should strictly follow the pillars of faith which are; believing in Allah, His angels, books, messengers, and the Last Day, and predestination whether good or bad. Moreover, a Muslim should do other obligations and avoid what is prohibited upon him. If a Muslim does these things, he or she will be a true Muslim. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
