Tayammum using a mat or rocks

Q 4: What is the ruling on performing Tayammum (dry ablution) using a mat or rocks? (Part No. 4; Page No. 173


A: It is valid to perform Tayammum using any surface that has pure dust on it. If a mat or a rock has pure dust, it will be valid to perform Tayammum using it; otherwise, it is invalid.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
