Taking the camels after swearing they will be unlawful for me

A: It is permissible for you to take back the camels you have refused to keep. You must, nevertheless, offer Kaffarah (expiation) for breaking your oath. The Kaffarah involves feeding ten Miskins (needy persons), or providing them with clothing, or emancipating a believing slave. If none of these options is affordable, you must observe Sawm (Fast) for three days.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
