Taking as recompense the amount remaining after covering the expenses of performing Hajj on behalf of someone else
A: Anyone who is given an amount of money to perform Hajj on behalf of someone else and a sum of it remains after paying all the necessary costs of Hajj must return it if the delegator made it a condition to return any surplus amount. Otherwise, it is permissible to take it.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
