Supplication during winds or rain and on relieving oneself

A: It is desirable to say the following upon entering the toilet: "Bismillah Allahumma inni a`udhu bika min al-khubuthi wa al-khaba'ith (in the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. O Allah! I seek refuge with You from male and female devils.)" When leaving it, it is desirable to say, "Ghufranak (Grant me Your Forgiveness)." When wind blows, we should ask Allah for its good and seek refuge with Allah from its evil. When rain falls, it should be said: "Mutirna bi fadl-illahi wa rahmatih (We have been endowed rainfall due to the Blessing and Mercy of Allah. O Allah, make it a strong fruitful rain)." (Part No. 24; Page No. 233) May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
