Spending the rest of the house's returns after fulfilling the will


A: If the reality is as you mentioned, you should spend the remaining money from the house income, after executing what is specified in the will, on charitable activities, and you should not withhold it, in order to carry out your grandfather’s will, and keep the flow of good works going as he stipulated, such as giving Sadaqah (voluntary charity) to the poor and the needy, and maintenance of the Masjids, etc. May Allah grant us success.
