Slaughtering the animal before it is born

A: If any animal, whether young or old, is slaughtered according to the Shar`y (Islamically lawful) way, while being alive, it will be lawful to eat, according to Allah's saying, (Part No. 22; Page No. 482) Forbidden to you (for food) are: Al-Maitah (the dead animals - cattle - beast not slaughtered) until His saying, ...unless you are able to slaughter it (before its death) This one was slaughtered before its death, so it is lawful to eat. There is no harm in slaughtering the animal fetus before its birth unless slaughtering it might endanger its mother's life.May Allah grant us success.
