Should scholars who reach a degree

Q 5: Books of Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) contain different views on many issues. What should the seeker of knowledge do concerning this matter especially when the issues are mentioned without providing proof?

A: When the knowledge seeker is sufficiently qualified to weigh the issues and is able to choose what is suitable based on his proofs, he can do so. If not, he may ask someone whose knowledge he trusts to teach him. (Part No. 12; Page No. 94) May Allah grant us success.
