Should Hijab be worn in front of all men or only the immoral ones?

Q 2: Is Hijab (veil) imposed on a woman in front of immoral men only, or it is general for all men? My brothers are righteous (although none can verify this but Allah) and well-mannered; is it permissible for my wife to reveal her face and hands in front of them? Please advise, may Allah benefit us and you.

A: It is impermissible for a woman to reveal her face in front of men, except her Mahrams (non-marriageable relatives) and her husband, according to the most authentic of the two opinions of scholars, whether those men are righteous or not. This is due to the general pieces of evidence on this and out of Sadd-ul-Dhara'i` (blocking the means leading to sins). (Part No. 17; Page No. 180) May Allah grant us success.
