Should a Junub who cannot find water perform Tayammum twice; one for Janabah and one for Wudu'?

Q: I became Junub (in a state of post-sexual ritual impurity) and could not find water. Should I perform Tayammum (dry ablution with clean earth) twice; one with the intention of Ghusl (full ritual bath) and the second for Wudu' (ablution)? Or is it sufficient to perform Tayammum only once? Give us the ruling on this issue, may Allah reward you with the best.

A: If there is no water available and a person is in a state of both major and minor ritual impurity, he should perform Tayammum only once to cleanse himself of both states of ritual impurity.May Allah grant us success.
