Selling or leasing a building to someone who will use it to disobey Allah (Exalted be He)


A: It is not permissible to sell or release any property to someone who will use it to disobey Allah (Exalted be He), such as dealing in Riba, according to what Allah (Exalted be He) says: Help you one another in Al-Birr and At-Taqwâ (virtue, righteousness and piety); but do not help one another in sin and transgression. And fear Allâh. Verily, Allâh is Severe in punishment. This applies whether it takes place directly or indirectly with your knowledge.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
