Seeking permission of the competent authority

A: You should do your best to convince your competent authority to permit you to perform Hajj. You can explain to them that you did not offer the obligatory Hajj. They may respond to your request and arrange for it by taking the annual leave in the Hajj season to permit you to perform it.May Allah grant us success.
