Salam sale of a known car with defined price and time
Q: I took a sum of ten thousand from a person to buy him a 1983-Daihatsu car after a year (Part No. 14; Page No. 98) of receiving this sum. Is this contract valid?
A: If the reality is as you have mentioned; the description of the car is specified, the ten thousand is the entire price and the date is fixed, the contract is valid. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
