Ruling on performing Hajj on the part of some person working under the sponsorship of a Saudi person
A: You have no right to perform Hajj unless your sponsor gives you permission, as you came to this country (Part No. 10; Page No. 285) to work for him. Since you are his employee, you should not perform Hajj unless he gives you permission.May Allah grant us success.
