Ruling on one who denies the Hadith of intercession

Q 1: What is the ruling of Islam on a person who refutes the Hadith of Shafa`ah (intercession) related by Al-Bukhari in his "Sahih (Book of Authentic Hadith)" and says also that there are fabricated Hadiths in "Sahih Al-Bukhari"?

A: "Sahih Al-Bukhari" is accepted by the scholars of the Muslim Ummah (nation). In fact, its Hadiths are a reliable source for confirming rulings and stand as evidence against those who oppose the Shari`ah (Islamic law). Anyone who says that it includes fabricated Hadiths is ignorant, mistaken, and contradicts the Ijma` (consensus) of the Ummah (nation). Likewise, anyone who refutes the Hadiths of the Shafa`ah that are reported by Al-Bukhari in his "Sahih" and the books of the other Hadith compilers, is contradicting Ahl-ul-Sunnah wal-Jama`ah (those adhering to the Sunnah and the Muslim mainstream) and the Salaf (righteous predecessors), and following the deviated and misguided people.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
