Riding with non-Mahrams in the presence of a six year old son
A: It is impermissible for you to do so, because of the Fitnah it entails. You are non- Mahram (not spouse or permanently unmarriageable relative) to this woman, and your minor son cannot be considered a Mahram to her. (Part No. 17; Page No. 321) May Allah grant us success.
