Rent the property which is mentioned

A: If the reality is as you have mentioned, it is not permissible for your company to enter into contracts to construct, maintain, or repair the buildings that you mentioned in your question, because they are means for using what is prohibited by Allah. One of the rules of the Shari‘ah (Islamic law) is that the means have the same ruling as the ends. May Allah grant us success.
