Reciting the Qur'an in Salah in a language other than Arabic

Q 3: Is it permissible to recite the Qur'an during Salah (Prayer) in a language other than Arabic since Salah in other religions can be offered in different languages? (Part No. 5; Page No. 330

A: Reciting the Glorious Qur’an during Salah is an act of worship which Allah (Exalted be He) enjoined on us. So, it is impermissible to recite the Qur’an during Salah or elsewhere in a language other than Arabic and if one does so, their Salah is null and void. Islam in this or other respects is a distinguished entity not ruled by any other religion whatever it may be, let alone the abrogated and false religions.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
