Reciting Qur'an or supplicating to Allah before Fajr and Maghrib Prayers

A: It is basically known that reciting the Qur'an is better than saying the Adhkar (invocations) except at specific times, like the Adhkar said after prayers, and those said in the morning and at night. The invocations that are said at these specific times are better than reciting the Qur'an as this can be done at any other time. However, the Adhkar should be said at their due times.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
