Put a down payment on a car while

A: If the reality is as you have mentioned, and the company charges a monthly payment as a condition for the employee to be eligible for the loan in addition to the installments of the loan he has to pay, this is a form of Riba (usury) which is unlawful according to the Qur'an and Sunnah (whatever is reported from the Prophet). It is obligatory that you quit it and warn people against it and inform the company that it is an unlawful dealing. The fact that the company deposits this payment in the cooperative fund does not make it permissible for the company to receive it.May Allah grant us success.
