Performing Hajj on behalf of the deceased parents more than once

Q 3: What is the ruling on performing Hajj on behalf of one's deceased parents? Is it permissible according to Shari`ah (Islamic law) to perform Hajj on their behalf more than once or does only one time serve the purpose? (Part No. 10; Page No. 70) Please, be informed that they already performed Hajj.

A: It is Mustahab (desirable) for a person who performed Hajj for themselves to perform Hajj on behalf of the deceased. Moreover, there is nothing wrong with repeating it, for it is a way of doing more good for them. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
