Paying the price of gold and silver when writing the contract

A: The ruling on this is preventing it until the price is paid in (Part No. 13; Page No. 472) the same meeting of the contract, as this is an issue of exchange, due to the previously mentioned concept, a banknote has the same value as gold and silver. The way to avoid this is by paying the value of gold and silver in the same meeting of the contract, according to what was authentically reported from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that he said, At once.
