Paying the money of Zakah for the salaries of the teachers in a school for teaching the memorization of the Noble Qur'an

A: If the situation is as you have mentioned, then it is not permissible to pay the money of Zakah for the salaries of the teachers and the employees of the school, or for covering any of the expenditures of the school. This is because the activity of the institution is not one of the assigned legal categories of Zakah recipients.May Allah grant us success.
