Offering the Sunnah Qabliyyah before the Adhan

Q: Is it permissible to perform the Sunnah Qabliyyah (supererogatory Prayer performed before an obligatory Prayer) before Adhan (call to Prayer) is called out? One example is the Sunnah Qabliyyah of Zhuhr (Noon) Prayer. A: The Sunnah Qabliyyah of Zhuhr Prayer should be performed when the time of the Prayer begins.
