Offering the Fajr Prayer in congregation after sunrise

Q: Is it permissible to offer Fajr (Dawn) Prayer in congregation after sunrise

A: A Muslim should offer the five obligatory Prayers in their due time prescribed by the Shar` (Islamic law). It is prohibited to intentionally delay Salah (Prayer) beyond its due time. However, it is permissible for a person to offer Salah in congregation, if for example, he sleeps till the time of Salah is over.May Allah grant us success.
