Offering Janazah Prayer over deceased males and females together

Q 2: Is it permissible to offer Janazah (Funeral) Prayer over deceased males and females together? Or should it be offered over males or females separately?


A: It is permissible to offer Janazah Prayer over a group of deceased Muslims at the same time in the following manner: Men should be aligned close behind the Imam, followed by boys, and then followed by women.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
