Observing Hijab in the presence of non-Muslim women

A: Rulings imposed on Muslim men regarding non-Muslim women are the same as those imposed regarding Muslim women, i.e. prohibition of looking at them and staying in seclusion with them. Thus, it is impermissible for a Muslim man to stay in seclusion with non-Mahram non-Muslim women and to look at such body parts, as those of non-Mahram Muslim women, are prohibited to look at. This is meant for averting seduction, guarding against committing adultery and protection of honors and lineages. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
