Obligation to distribute the estate between the heirs only
A 1 and 2: The estate has to be distributed between the inheritors only, after settling any debts of the deceased, then his will should be executed. If the eight brothers are the deceased's sons and he does not have other heirs, his property has to be distributed equally among his sons. If he had sons and daughters, a male should have a portion double that of a female. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
