Marrying in Ramadan
Q: I would like to ask Your Eminence about consummating a marriage during the blessed month of Ramadan. What is the ruling on this? Is it Makruh (disliked) as commonly claimed? Please answer me, may Allah assist you.
A: Consummating a marriage during Ramadan is not Makruh, for there is no evidence to this effect. (Part No. 18; Page No. 43) May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
