Making up for the days a woman menstruates when vowing to fast for a month

Q: I vowed to fast for a month; is it obligatory to make up for the days (Part No. 23; Page No. 337) when I was menstruating after fulfilling the vow?

A: It is obligatory to fast the month you vowed to fast, and if you break your Sawm (Fast) during part of it because of the menstrual period, then you have to make up for the number of days of that month when you did not fast.May Allah grant us success.
