A: This is an invalid, baseless belief. A will of some money to be distributed in charitable ways after the death of someone, is Mustahab (desirable) and they will be rewarded by Allah (Exalted be He). It is Mustahab not Wajib (obligatory), i.e. doing it is rewardable but neglecting it is not punishable.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
